About the Role

What You'll Do

1. LLM & Agent Services: Build intuitive interfaces to interact with multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, etc.
2. Design frontend components that support real-time AI orchestration, multi-step flows, and streaming responses
3. Frontend Development & UI Engineering: Develop rich, performant web apps using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries like Shadcn
4. Integrate and support document viewers and editors for Excel, PDF, Markdown, and more
5. Build cross-platform experiences with React Native + Expo for mobile use cases
6. Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure using Terraform
7. Author CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery and rollback
8. Experimental Innovation (15–20% time): Explore cutting-edge LLM fine-tuning, memory architectures, and new agent frameworks

What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years of frontend engineering experience
2. Proficiency in React and TypeScript, plus some backend and infra knowledge
3. Experience integrating and building rich document views — including Excel, PDF, and Markdown, with editing support
4. Exposure to mobile app development using React Native + Expo
5. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK, etc.) and multi-agents
6. Familiarity with popular UI libraries like Tailwind, Shadcn, and state/data tools like TanStack Query
7. Strong UI/UX sensibility with a deep understanding of user behavior, flow design, and intuitive interactions
8. Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
9. Excited to work in-person from our Bangalore office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Hiring Process

1. Technical Interview with CTO (45 mins). Deep dive into React and some backend stuff.
2. One day in-person hackathon (paid). Work on a project with our team and experience our culture firsthand.
3. Final Call with the CEO. Address any remaining questions and discuss potential next steps.
